In these general terms and conditions, the operator is hereinafter referred to as: the operator.

3. Ordering information

The services displayed are exclusively for https://www.evolvetoweb.com or through the related social media platforms.

The prices displayed for the products include the VAT required by law (20%).

You can browse the services available for purchase on the site. In addition to the listed services, you can view a brief description of each service, including prices, without the need for completeness. If you would like more information about the services or if you need further information, please contact me at the addresses listed in the contact details.

3.1 The order process

By filling in the order form you can indicate which service you are interested in without registering. This does not mean that the contract is automatically concluded. The contract will be a separate document detailing the services ordered, subject to prior agreement. In all cases, all communication will be done electronically, which will be conclusive in the event of a dispute.

4. Processing orders

The processing of selected services is ongoing. The operator or his representative will reply to the submitted forms electronically within 2 working days. Once the order has been accepted, the deadline for completion of the task will be specified in the contract.

5. Method of payment for the service ordered

The method of payment for the product ordered, the total amount, and services will be included in the contract. Payment will be made in all cases by bank transfer to the account number specified in the contract.

The amount payable, based on the order summary and confirmation letter, includes all costs.

6. Right of withdrawal

Until the contract is signed, both parties (the customer and the service provider) may withdraw from the contract for the services chosen. In case of withdrawal, the other party must be notified electronically!

The consumer has no right of withdrawal if the contract has already been signed by both parties.

7. Complaints and redress

If you experience a problem with the service you have ordered, you must notify Evolve To Web within 30 days. If the malfunctioning of the service is the result of the service not being properly prepared, the operator will provide a warranty and will correct the defect at no additional cost.

The operator is obliged to keep a record of the complaint, at the place indicated in the operator's data, and to keep it for five years from the date of recording, together with the response to it. The operator shall investigate the complaint received and provide a substantive reply within 30 days of receipt. If the operator gives a negative reply to a complaint, it shall give reasons in writing. Disputes arising out of the contract with the operator may be settled in the first instance by amicable agreement between the parties or before the consumer protection authority in the consumer's place of residence. If these do not lead to a solution, the parties may take legal action.

8. Data management

The personal data you provide to us when using this website will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to any third party.

Technical information (IP address, duration of the visit, etc.) is recorded during the browsing of the website for statistical purposes.
